How old to ride a moped scooter? how many riders can be on PRO•M2 ?
PRO•M2 electric moped, big wheels for adults, must be at least age 16; 2 riders including the driver.
What is the weight limit to ride this PRO•M2?

How many kilometers can go PRO•M2 moped on a single charge?
30AH = 80- 90KM

How do I know if the battery is charged?
When the charger is plugged in the RED LED will light up to show power is connected and this will change to GREEN LED when full and ‘trickle’ charge mode will begin to avoid overcharging.
All How long do I need to charge the battery for?
First charge should be 8-10 hrs and Normal charge times will range from 2- 8 hrs depending on charge status. If you do not use the vehicle for long periods of time, charge the battery at least once a month, to avoid reducing its lifespan.
How long does the battery last?
This depends on many factors such as weather conditions (wind) and terrain as well as the rider size and weight and how the bicycle is used but on average we would say on average 100 km as ‘normal usage’ but this can be as much as 120km / 150km in optimum conditions the approximate life cycle of the Samsung / LG Lithium-Ion battery is 100 – 1500 cycles (charge and discharge)
What are the running costs of an electric bicycle?
There have been approximated calculations of around 7pence per charge so fairly minimal, other than electrical running costs others to consider such as, replacing tyres, serving etc which are managed by the individual so can vary.
What is the package size? And how it packed?

What is the life of the battery and range on moped scooter per single charge?
PRO•M2 tire e-moped battery will last 1000~1500 charging cycles. On a standard charge, the battery will cover ~100km.
How long will my moped scooter be shipped and arrive?
Your PRO•M2 moped will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Ready Stock are shipped from PL. by truck deliver. Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 days (EU destination)
Do I need to do assembly when receive it?
The PRO•M2 fatboy motorcycle is shipped 98% assembled. You just need to assemble the front wheel and handlebars with the included tools. It’s super easy, and you can follow our video instructions.

What is the warranty on PRO•M2 electric moped?
The warranty period of the PRO•M2 Electric Motorcycle body shall be 24 months from the date of delivery; other accessories shall not be covered by the warranty service over 6 months. Please check detail warranty policy here.

Will I receive an order confirmation after payment?
Yes, immediately after we confirm your payment, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. How do I get a refund if I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, simply contact our customer service. We will promptly process your request and process a refund in accordance with our return policy. Refund processing typically takes 2 to 4 business days after your request is approved.

How much are the shipping costs?
We offer “Flat rate” Shipping rate, and price depend of delivery method you have chosen. Before you complete your order, you will receive a overview of all costs, so you don’t experience any surprises.
Is there a free shipping option?
Yes, we offer free shipping if your order exceeds 5,000€. This amount may vary depending on current promotions and offers, but generally speaking, shipping is ALWAYS free for orders over 5,000€.
Which shipping service providers do you use?
We work with reputable shipping companies such as GLS, UPS, DPD and DHL. All deliveries are naturally insured, so you can rest assured that your order is in safe hands. This ensures that your shipment arrives quickly, safely, and on time.
Can I track my shipment?

How long does delivery take?

Are PRO•M2 covered by a warranty?
Yes, you will have limited 2 years warranty on the frame and 1 Year warranty on a battery provided directly from Qcell with proof of purchase. More information you can find on warranty page
