If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us as soon as you receive the goods. The bicycle must be returned to QCELL in its original condition and with all accessories, in the same condition as received.
Should you decide to return the moped as ‘Unwanted’ within 30 days of purchase, you must contact QCELL for authorisation prior to the return. Once authorised we will issue you with a full refund bar for any postage fees or refund charges issued by your card company. PRO•M2 must be returned complete with the original box and packaging, in the same condition as received. If you buy a product online and that ‘develops a fault’ within 30 days, you’re entitled to ask for a full refund of the faulty product. If a fault occurs after the initial 30 days, we’re entitled to repair and/or replace that item. If it can’t be repaired or replaced, then you may be entitled to a refund. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
As we are predominantly selling via our online platform to aid customers that are unable to test the our PRO•M2 prior to purchase we offer a ‘Buy n Try’ service where we accept ‘unwanted’ returns if within the 30 days period with less than 25 test km* completed as long as we are pre-advised of the trial we are willing to accept a return and with the condition customers are responsible for return charges if returning a PRO•M2 which is not damaged or faulty. Alternatively, we are also willing to arrange return collection via our carrier at a cost of 40€ (carriage/handling) to be deducted from the final refund.
*Test miles is a ride to test both functionality and compatibility and conducted under standard road conditions and kept to a minimum to help preserve the moped’s original condition.
This ‘Buy n Try’ refund policy does not apply if a test ride was undertaken prior to purchase and excludes all purchases of our ex-demo models or refurbished models, returns on the purchases are at the discretion of QCELL Kft. There are two easy ways to return your item(s):

If we are unable to fulfil an order for whatever reason, we will contact you offering a suitable alternative product, or the opportunity to cancel your order.
Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so, by contacting Pedibal sales@prom2.eu or +36 204 064 650 however if the product has been altered or changed by request of the customer the refund will be processed minus any alteration costs and the cost of removing such alterations. If the product has been altered or changed by request of the customer where QCELL is unable to return it to its original condition, no refund or reduced refund can or will be permitted.
What is included? Most bicycle parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, however, all the exceptions to this are listed below. The following are not covered under warranty:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online order, and up to 30 days from the day they receive the goods. The customer then has a further 30 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods. There are exemptions to online returns which include tailor-made/personalised goods. Customers are responsible for charges if returning a moped/item which is not damaged or faulty.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described, or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.
